i have read alot of negative reviews like heating issues and all but may be they are not aware of how to use the product
15mins using time after that we have hold for sometime to reuse again and after 15mins of product use it will automatically turned off

I got this product for my parents. They often has pain in his ankles & now they use it regularly. It is a fantastic product. It has multi-buttons to perform different actions & worth a buy. It has 3 different speed levels with acupressure for feet. I've bought one more for my aunt.

A really good product. I had ordered this back in May for my Father-in-law to help with leg and foot pain. He really liked it and it made a difference to him. The foot plate vibrations stopped working a month ago, and I emailed the JSB support via Amazon. They called my Father-in-law up and had someone come in and look at the machine. When the technician couldn't fix it they replaced the machine for free. Highly recommend!
