The product is very comforting, effective, and useful. Though I wish I opted for the model with neck massage as well. It would have then been a complete package for me.
The product could be a little cheaper. Nonetheless, so far, I am happy with it.

Good product. Great build quality. Length of remote cable adequate. A pocket for the remote is a nice touch.
Kneading motion was nice. By inclining the chair back, one can get a stronger knead action. Having a separate program for upper and lower back massage is a plus in addition to full back. Relieves muscular pain. Using it before a hot bath or after a workout would be quite relaxing.
Vibration for the bottom was mild even at maximum settings.
Heat is adequate.
Overall, a great and must have product. I was lucky to get it at a lightening deal. Good value for money.

My father has lumbar spondylitis at L4+L5. After using this product he is very much relieved from pain. So this is a very useful product for those who has lumbar disorder or backache and also very useful product for those who doesn't have enough time to go to physiotherapist.

I didn't know what this could do to me.. This product was on discount and I love stretching and relaxation devices and I took it.. And oh boy it works.. 5-10 mnt every day and my lower back has become so stronger.. One should buy this.. This is a chuppa rustom of lower back problems.. I suggest use it yourself for 10 days and return if it doesn't work for u. I am no expert but am happy I spent the money.. Like it was around rs. 500 only

I find it okay. The information provided with the unit is very scanty. It would be better to know which rollers knead, which tap and which just vibrate. If there is any defect we would never know. There are no set programme for the massage.

This is my second purchase of a JSB product, the first being their shoulder massager that helped in cementing the quality trust with the brand. Long drives, hectic day, and long working hours left my me and my back aching for a simpler and a smarter solution. The instant thought was to research for electric massagers that could help in relaxing my back muscles and relieving the pain. After much research, I was left with two choices - either go with Osim which is a trusted name for quality but offered only limited warranty, or the JSB back massager, offering 1 year full warranty and having tried the product, I could easily place my faith in the quality. After much deliberation, I went ahead with JSB and what a fine decision it was. The massager arrived on time, neatly packed - thanks to Amazon.

Even before I could take it up to my room, I tested the product in my car and I was completely astonished with the results. I just wanted to check whether the product that arrived was functioning but the massage was so relaxing that I ended up spending 10 minutes in the car. I couldn't wait to put this on my recliner and hop on it.

Spending my minutes with this before I go to sleep has become my daily routine. If there was one thing I could take with me when I travel out of the city, it has to be this massager. Love it and I hope anyone who purchases it after reading this feedback, experiences only great results and a relaxed back.

I bought it as a present but it is being used at home. For some people it may be uncomfortable to use while driving or even on a seat next to the driver.
You just need to keep it close to your bed and use daily.
Excellent use of technology to relax the whole back.
